Management of KenLubes is comprised of a fine blend of experience and youth with up to date knowledge. Directors of the company have more than 50 years experience and have been dealing in petroleum products since 1947. PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

Plant was installed in 1984 and since then the management is improving their facilities to produce the quality products to cater to the ever growing and changing needs of the consumers. Plants and facilities can be compared to any multinational company in Pakistan.

 

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT

Company has a framework of POM based on five ‘Ps’, the Product, Plant, Process, Programs, and People. It has effective system of Material Management procedures, time tabling, estimation, quality management, safety procedures and its own maintenance department.

 

QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY

Company has a well-equipped state of the art Laboratory. Planned and random quality inspections are carried out at each and every stage of production. Raw materials are checked on arrival, during the process and finally each and every batch is checked and approved by laboratory before going to packing.

 

BASIC RAW METERIAL AND ADDITIVES

Basic Raw Material is lube Base oil produced by Attock Refinery Ltd. Karachi, Which is the only source of supply for all the blending companies in Pakistan. Moreover additives are used to enhance the quality of lubricants up to the standards provided by American Petroleum Institute.

 

INTERNATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS

Company produces lubricants, which confirm to the internationals standards like API, ASTM, ISO, SAE, etc. to guarantee the consumers that they can use our lubricants with confidence.

Company is a member of SAE, U.S.A and has been awarded American Quality Award once in 1995 and again in 1998. ISO 9002 Certificate is also awarded by Cofrac France.
